A huge shoutout to these 2!! Mark and Faye have been with me for about 5 years and they continue to work hard and prove that nothing is impossible. With a combined loss of well over 40kg Mark and Faye have not only lost the weight but have kept it off as well. Even when life threw them everything! Even through covid when the gyms shut we trained via zoom and they kept up with their nutrition so their results didn’t slip. Extremely proud is an understatement.

10kg weight loss in 12 weeks!! Allison and I started our journey when she messaged me saying she needs to recover from her broken foot. Through the last 12 weeks we have worked not only to improve her foot mobility and strength but improve her overall health and we are currently only 1kg off her long time goal. Allison is so much stronger and more mobile compared to 12 weeks ago she is almost unrecognisable. Other measurements worth noting include: 15cm off her waist and 8cm off her hips

I lost 8kgs during this challenge. I gained more flexibility and fitness and my clothes don’t feel so snug.

I learnt better eating habits because this program didn’t feel like a diet, it just changed my mindset and how I look at food. I was able to portion control and still be able to enjoy my treats without it affecting my progress which was great!

The challenge was quite easy to follow. It helped me get back to being physically active and motivated me to get back on my bike and lift weights as running is no good for my knees anymore. The workouts were very achievable as they don’t take too long but I could tell the next day I did a workout!

I definitely recommend this challenge because it helped me to change my habits for the better. I felt more motivated to do things rather than being lazy, especially after a days physical labour at work. Scott’s guidance got me back on track and I look forward to being a healthier and stronger version of myself as I continue with my journey into the future.

3 inches off her waist in 9 weeks!! Working with Tina these last few weeks we have been focusing on making sure her back injury was stable and worked on forming new lifestyle habits. We’ve developed her strength and fitness to new peaks and she continues to give 100% every session even coming off a double shift.
With the end goal being getting in the best shape for her wedding in November I’m excited to see what the next few months brings

I was able to begin to weight bear on my injured wrist for the first time in 2 years. Scott adjusted the routine as needed to accomodate my injury where needed. I can now easily do 40 push ups (4x10) and I’m nearly 3 kgs down. My core feels stronger which helps support my back issues and best of all, my clothes are fitting better!

I learnt the importance of food, how it fuels your body and the importance of good food choices. This in turn helped me maintain better eating habits moving forward.
How was the challenge?
The challenge was able to easily be done around my work/family commitments so I liked that it worked with me rather than me work around the challenge. Scott was supportive for seeking advice and asking questions whenever they arose and he was very motivating, encouraging and informative. His information was broken down into stages so I could learn and form one new habit at a time which was reassuring as it didn’t feel like an overload.

I would highly recommend Scott’s challenge! It’s simplified stages are achievable so you feel that you CAN hold yourself accountable at a slower pace. The 12 weeks works well as it allowed me time to create new habits rather than cramming all my new knowledge and training into 6 weeks and feeling like I failed. I never felt like I was failing at any stage of this program as it’s somewhat self paced. This program has encouraged me to keep going past the challenge as I get stronger and form new healthy life long habits. Thank you Scott for helping me to achieve my goals and much more.
